" THE PURE IN HEART, WILL SEE GOD "

Good Day to you,

It's truly a blessing to me to have you drop by, is all well with you and yours? As always I'm very grateful to be with you and of course those of you for the very first time are likewise welcome. This week's message is one of great importance. " Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God " (Matt 5:8). Do you wish to see Jesus face to face? Is your mind right? Are you looking to Jesus as the author and finisher of your faith? Have you opened the door to sin or to the Lord Jesus Christ? Once you've allowed Him to come in, make sure that you don't give Him reason to put His head down in shame or for Him to shake His head in disappointment.

Staying pure in an impure environment takes work. We are drowning in a sea of impurity. It seems like everywhere we look we find temptation to lead impure lives. The question was asked a very long time ago that puzzles us all: How do we stay pure in a filthy environment? We cannot do this on our own but must have counsel and strength more dynamic than the tempting influences aroundus. Where can we find that strength and wisdom? By reading, then studying God's Word and of course doing what it says. You have heard it said, 'Do not commit adultery. (28) But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. (29) If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body foryour whole body to be thrown into hell. (30) And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your wholebody to go into hell. God wants us to be pure, I sometimes pray: God, I ask you to cleanse and purify my heart and life. Melt the dross; remove the impurities all of it, whether in deed, word or thought. Save me from myself, and establish me in righteousness Your strong righthand. I ask this humbly, depending on you, in Jesus' name.

LAST POINT: The need for milk is a natural instinct for a baby, and it signals the desire for nourishment that will lead to growth. I am mentoring a young man in the Body Of Christ and he is excited about the things of God. Matthew has seen the need for God's word in his life and he's finding nourishment in the Lord Jesus Christ. I can see that his spiritual appetite has increased and he's maturing by leaps and bounds. How strong is your desire for God's word? Don't be stagnant when it comes to the things of God. Wouldn't it be great to be characterized as an upright character who loves God; one who is blameless, fearing God and turning away from evil? This is how Job was described in his time.

Until Next Time...

" WE ARE TO GRUBSTAKE ANOTHER "

Greeting to you all and I'd like to wish you a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This week we will be discussing " SUPPORT ".

The Merriam - Webster Dictionary: Bear, tolerate, (2) to take sides with: back, assist (3) to provide with food, clothing, and shelter (4) to hold up or serve as a fountain for syn uphold, advocate, champion.

Are you or do you know of anyone who is struggling with God's timing in answering their prayers. By supporting those who are struggling, you may help them remain steadfast in their faith and confident in His timing to bring fulfillment to their lives. Sometimes putting another's welfare before our own can save a life. By looking out for each other, we will be free to put forth our best efforts, confident that others are ready to offer help when needed. I'm impressed by the C3 Warriors who are always willing to assist another. So I'm saying to the rest of you don't cut yourselves off from others; instead join together for mutual benefit. You need them as much as they need you. An important function of a community of believers in mutual support in difficult times. When you are experiencing struggles, turn to fellow believers for support by sharing your trials with them and gaining strength from the bond that unites you. Ask them to pray for you. And when others need your support, give it willingly.

Don't be surprised when others don't understand your Christian values, but don't give in to theirs. " THEY CONFRONTED ME IN THE DAY OF MY CALAMITY, BUT THE LORD WAS MY SUPPORT " ( 2 Sm 22:19).

We are responsible to provide for the needs of our ministers and missionaries so they can be free to do their God ordained work. People who are productive in Christian work should not be denied it's benefits - they should receive financial support. The fact that a person is in Christian ministry doesn't mean he or she should be unfairly paid. There is a broader application: Don't be stingy with those who work for you. Spiritual workers deserve their pay, and their support ought to be enough to care for their needs. They shouldn't have to suffer (or leave) because believers don't adequately asses and meet the needs of their ministers.

LAST POINT: It's vital that we treat those who provide support services equally with those on the front lines. Without bookkeepers, secretaries, trainers, and administrators, those with a public ministry would be unable to do their jobs. Are you on the front lines? Don't forget those who are backing you up. Are you in the support group? Realize that your position, although it may be less glamorous or exciting, is vital to the work of the entire group.

" SINGLENESS IN THE BODY OF CHRIST "

Good Morning All,

I have to say that I'm so grateful to be a member of the
Body Of Christ. Even when I'm by myself I'm never alone,
I know that I can call upon the Father or pick up the
telephone and make a connection with a brother in the faith.
I love the fact that the men that are in my circle of friends
are faithful, loving and caring. My friend David says that
we should all be 3am friends and be ready to minister at a
moments notice. As Christians we are united together by
Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Unity is the quality or state of being or being made one.
It's my suggestion that we all strive to get along, especially
in the Body of Christ. It is said that unity is pleasant and
precious. many things in life we tend to take for granted.
Unfortunately, unity does not always abound in the church
as was the Father's plan. People differ and cause division
over inconsequential issues. Have you ever noticed that
some even Christians take pleasure in causing tension by
discrediting others? Living in unity does not mean that we
agree on everything; there are a number of opinions
likewise as the stars in sky. But we must agree on our
purpose in life - to work together for God. Our outward
expression of unity will reflect our inward unity of purpose.

Jesus prayed for unity among the believers based on the
believers unity with him and the Father. Christians can know
unity among themselves if they are living in union with God.
For example, each branch living in union with the vine is united
with all other branches doing the same. Now, God has given his
church an enormous responsibility, and that is to make disciples
of all men, in every nation. Now, this involves preaching, teaching,
healing, nurturing, giving, administrating, building, and many other
tasks.

From time to time I revert back to a decade in my life when my
best friend Tony Jim and I were linked in a friendship better than
most. We were from different ethnic backgrounds and it never was
an issue with us. A friend is one who is attached to another by
respect or affection. Have you ever longed to see a friend with whom
you share fond memories of long ago with?

All Christians are part of God's family and thus share the power of
His Love. Do you feel a deep love for fellow Christians, friends and
strangers alike? Love should be the unifying force and the identifying
mark of the Christian Community. Love is the key to walking in the
light, because we cannot grow spiritually while we hate others. As you
study the Word of God you will grow in your relationship with others.
UNITY DOES NOT JUST HAPPEN; WE HAVE TO WORK AT IT.
Those of you who know me are aware that I'm standing in the gap for you,
which translates into me standing with you.

Until Next Time...

WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE ARE YOU ?

Have you considered what kind of example you have been? Just remember that there is always someone watching you, your child, a younger sibling, or even someone at your job etc.

It's my belief that we learn all sorts of things from those whom we hold in high regard. Your children can be likened to a blank sheet of canvas, your thoughts and more importantly your values will be ingrained in their DNA. Our children are more likely to learn from us, yes our good and our bad qualities. In the Word Of God, if we look closely we find that the effects of parental examples are powerful and long - lasting. I have worked very hard in life to make sure that my children and grandchildren learn from my mistakes but follow my positive actions. I have chosen to believe that my God is faithful, therefore I trust trust Him in all things. I'm talking about seeking his guidance when the issues are unclear and a decision must be made. God wants us to give him not only the major decisions, but also our daily lives - the things we are most often fooled into believing we can control.

Who do you look up too, we have many great examples in the Bible to show us the way. Noah was known to be righteous and blameless, and as a Human Being like us he wasn't perfect. It's a fact that Noah became a farmer and planted a vineyard, this hero in the faith got drunk - a poor example of godliness to his sons. What am I attempting to say, that even godly people can sin and that their bad influence affects their families.

A righteous person can often affect others for the good. James says that the prayers of a righteous person are powerful (See James 5:16). Please take this to heart, as parents we help to shape the world's future by the way we shape our children's values.

If we keep our eye on the prize others will follow our example, and we have a responsibility to them if we are living for Christ, as we claim to be. Does your example make it any easier for others to believe in and follow Christ, and to mature in him? Or would those who follow you end up confused and mislead?

Until Next Time...

" OUR OBLIGATION TO THE FATHERLESS "

Good Morning To You All,

This morning we're going to see just how the Lord feels about the Fatherless/Orphans. I wonder just how often you may have glared at some children rough housing or doing something that you just didn't agree with. Maybe you said something like where is there parental authority, or didn't their father teach them anything? You see there are many reasons that one or another didn't have a father in their life. If you grew up without a father in your life may God bless you, always know that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Father to the Fatherless.

Gut check, when was the last time that you praised the >Lord, moments ago, within the hour, today, last week, months, etc. Everything that has breath should praise the Lord. InPsalm 68:5 we are told that our God is a Father to thefatherless. Only in God is there hope for the parent less, and those who think that they have know one. So that I'm clear this includes Orphans, Widows, those in Captivity, and all >lonely people. If you are homesick or disadvantaged, it's time you praise, and discover the joy that comes from praise and worship.

We are obligated to look after widows and orphans as they are among the most vulnerable of all God's people in the Bible. The prophets as well as God's Apostles insisted that these folks be properly cared for in this life. (22) " You shall not afflict >any widow or orphan. (23) If you afflict him at all, and if he does cry out to ME, I will surely hear his cry; (24) and MY anger will be kindled, and, I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your children Fatherless (Exodus 22:22-24).
You know in times gone by orphans and widows had very little means of financial livelihood, unless a family member was willing to care for them, they were diminished to begging, selling themselves as slaves, or the alternative, starvation. By caring for these powerless people, the church put God's word into practice. When we give with no hope of receiving in return, we show what it means to serve others. My wife always says: " After all it's not about me/us. "

ISN'T IT TIME FOR ACTION ?

Good Afternoon To You,

Can you believe that this Thursday is the day that we in the United States Of America celebrate Thanksgiving Day. Between you and me I believe that we must be thankful everyday of our lives. I'm grateful that you and I have the chance to communicate each week. Don't you believe that it's time for us to stop procrastinating and place ourselves into action mode. I believe that Actions speak louder than words so saddle up.

Action: An act of will; A thing done; A deed or the accomplishment of a thing.
What do you do that marks you as a follower of Christ? The way you raise your children, demonstrate love for others. Showing concern for the poor, as well as living in devotion to God - these actions will leave visible marks for all to see. While national groups are marked by customs and traditions, Christians are marked by loving one another.

Parents help shape the world's future by the way we shape our children's values. What kind of role model are you, have you thought about what your actions are teaching your children? As a grandfather of nine, I believe that our children are receiving every word, action and deed from us. The first step toward helping children live right is for the parents to live right. Your actions are often copied by those closest to you. What kind of example are you setting for your children and grandchildren your legacy?

Have you learned how to balance prayer with action yet? I have found that many Christians procrastinate by saying that I'm going to pray about it. Listen I'm confident that the Lord may be thinking stop praying and let's see some action already. Prayer must have an indispensable place in the hearts and minds of Christians, sometimes we know what to do, but we pray for more guidance as an excuse to postpone action. If we know what we should do, then it is time to get moving.

God supplies most people with the personal and financial abilities to respond to the needs of others. If we all realize how God has blessed us, and if we all used our resources to do God's will, hunger and poverty would be wiped out. Wealth is a blessing only if we use it in the way God intended. Everything that we do in this life has consequences. It is vital that we think before acting, as it is wise to consider the effects that our choices may bring. Some folks fly by the seat of their pants while the rest of us think, what I mean is we plan our steps. As we deal with others, we should always act responsibly and justly with friends and enemies as well. The thought for the day is ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

Until Next Time...

" A GOOD REPUTATION "

Good Day All,

Thanks so much for stopping by, I truly appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule. This weeks message is " A Good Reputation " have you thought much or any about your reputation? I believe that it's the kind of thing that each and every one of us must give thought to. The good thing about a reputation is with time it can be improved upon.

A reputation is defined by Webster as the overall quality or character as seen or judged by people in general. How are you judged, what do others think of you and your mode of operation?

I believe that a reputation can be a tricky thing for some, you see we must walk a fine line. I also believe< the more that one loves the Lord Jesus Christ, he/she will love and have much more compassion for others. Someone with a Christ - like reputation will be thought of first when a choice must be made. Spiritually mature as well as wise men and women are always thought of first. Helping and serving other believers with humility will go a long way in the banking of a good reputation.

Question, are you in shape both physically and spiritually? In our society, much emphasis is placed on physical fitness, but spiritual health (godliness) is even more important. What kind of reputation do you bring to the table, are you hard working, loving, kind, faithful, and chivalrous? These qualities can gain you a good reputation, but only if you display them consistently in all areas of your life, and your character should remain the same. Your reputation is formed by the people who watch you at work, in town, at home, and in church. A good reputation comes by consistently living out the qualities you believe in - no matter what group of people, or surroundings you are in.

My last thought: A stellar reputation and the respect of others is like gold to me.

Until Next Time...

" ARE YOU STILL IN THE FIGHT "

Thanks for taking the time to stop by today, just maybe I can give you some good news. As we all all know that from time to time a bump in the road will arise. At times we are threatened with a situation that not only knocks us off our feet but brings the house down upon us. At times such as these some are ready to give up, but don't, Now I'm asking " ARE YOU STILL IN THE FIGHT " ?

Now, when your life seems to be spiraling out of control this is your cue to call upon the Lord, and watch how He moves. When it appears that you're trapped behind enemy lines, remember that Christians are to never leave anyone behind. I care for you, always remember when one of us is hurting we are to come along side and show the compassion of Jesus Christ.

How many times have you seen God's powerful hand deliver you or another? If we focus on God's faithfulness in our past we can face any crisis with confidence rather than with fear and complaining. I declare that the enemies of the Lord our God is likewise my mortal enemy. This battle that we're in, is real as it gets. This spiritual battle that we're in is claiming casualties every minute and we must continue to be vigilante. Stop being a zombie, now I ask you are you still in the fight? When life knocks you down, don't let circumstances cut you off from the main Body of Christ. Prayer is our approach to God, and we are to come " with confidence ". Some Christians approach God meekly with heads hung low, afraid to ask Him to meet their needs. Others pray thoughtlessly, and are cavalier with their words. We should always approach the Throne of Grace with much reverence as He is the King of Kings. Remember that you're not alone and you are being prayed for.

" VENTURE TO PERSEVERE "

Good Morning To You,

It's my hope and desire that you are well on this day that the Lord Jesus Christ has made. I understand that many are faced with sickness, heart-ache and much suffering, so it is my prayer that the Will of God, his " Perfect Will " be done in your life. This week we are discussing Persevering through anything that may come our way.

Once I set my mind on something it's firmly fixed, in spite of any difficulties. To believe in Jesus and endure to the end will take perseverance because our faith will be challenged and opposed. Severe trials may sift true Christians from fair-weather believers into robust. Enduring to the end does not earn salvation for us, but marks us as already saved. The assurance of our salvation will keep us going through the times of persecution.

If God has called you to any chore, determine in your mind that you are going to complete it, even if you face opposition and or discouragement. In these times uncomfortable situations may seem to be the norm. The rewards of work well done are sincerely worth the effort. Some of us forget or we just put out of our minds that every day all over this world Christians suffer for Christ. Now, if you're up on your Bible you know that Jesus predicted that His followers, those of us who know Him as our personal Savior could be severely persecuted by those who hate what He stands for. In the midst of terrible persecution, please know that you are never alone. This translates into you knowing that Salvation is yours, remembering that He's promised never to leave us nor to forsake us.

Listen, perseverance, persistence, then the prize! When we became Christians we were never told that this life would be perfect in all ways. We must have a purpose and a plan because times will be difficult and Satan will attack. But we never persevere without the promise of a prize - a promise God will keep. I'm convinced that all true believers persevere, though they may have lap es of faith, tantamount with steadfastness and endurance. Those who patiently and persistently do God's will, find eternal life. He is contradicting his previous statement that salvation comes by faith alone. We are not saved by good deeds, but when we commit our lives fully to God, we want to please him and do his will. As such, our good deeds are a grateful response to what God has done, not a prerequisite to earning His grace.

Last Point: Because Christ lives in us as believers, we can remain confident and likewise hopeful to the end. I say again we are not saved by being steadfast and firm in our faith, but our courage and hope do reveal that our faith is real. Without this enduring faithfulness, we could easily be blown away by temptation, false teaching, or persecution. Remember the benefits of standing firm, allows our faith to grow in Christ. To persevere is totally trusting God in any situation, no matter how things presently appear.

Until Next Time...

" THE BIBLE IS A CORNUCOPIA OF KNOWLEDGE "

Welcome, it's certainly good to see you All,

We're in my very favorite time of the year, I just love the Autumn. I admit that I miss New England this time of the year. Yes the leaves change and it's certainly beautiful here in North Carolina but Mass. and Ct are in my DNA. Isn't it wonderful to know that the Bible is an abundance of knowledge and all one has to do is to search it out. Are you prepared to lead a lost soul to the Kingdom of God? Do you know how to stay away from sin, I'm talking about knowing how to navigate this world that we live in. It's time that we get on track.

You don't need to know all the answers in order to share Christ with others. It is important to tell them how he has changed your life. Then trust that god will use your words to help others believe in him too. Lack of trust in God always prevents us from receiving his best. Now, is your trust in our Lord God so strong that you act on what he says even before you see evidence that it will work, well do you?

A person's life-style and relationships provide a window into his or her character. Broken relationships can hinder our relationship with God. If we have a problem or grievance with a friend, we should resolve the problem as soon as possible. We are hypocrites if we claim to love God while we hate others. Our attitude toward others reflect our relationship with God, are you hearing me?

Only by relying on God's strength can we overcome sin. He stores up: *Sound Wisdom for the upright; He is a Shield to those who walk in integrity. * We gain wisdom through a constant process of growing. First, we must trust and honor God. Second, we must realize that the Bible reveals God's wisdom to us. Third, we must make a lifelong series of right choices and avoid moral pitfalls. Fourth, when we make sinful or mistaken choices, we must learn from our errors and recover. * Ask God for strength to resist. * We should always be ready to listen to and be corrected by God's Word and wise counselors. Bring your decisions to God in prayer as your guide, and then follow God's leading. He will make your paths straight by both guiding and protecting you. You see, God is a cornucopia of knowledge.

Until Next Time...

" SELF-CENTEREDNESS "

Well Praise The Lord,
And I do mean to give all Praise and Glory to the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. Something that my wife finds necessary from time to time to remind me that " It's Not About ME ". This week we're going to look at something that can take each and everyone of us down " Self-Centeredness ".

Self-Centeredness is being consumed with only one's self. This is one of those times for us to take a good long look at ourselves and be prepared to make a necessary change. " SINCERE LOVE " involves selfless giving; a self-centered person can't truly love. Are you more concerned about what others think of you than you are about the status of your relationship with God.

God is our creator; as we did not create ourselves. By sacrificing his life, Christ showed His love for us. Many people live as though they are the creator and the center of their own world. Now you can love others by following his example and giving of yourself sacrificially. It's when we start to think of ourselves as if we are the center of the universe. Now this mind-set leads to miserly possessiveness and, if everything should be taken away, a loss of hope can take over. But when we remember that God gives to us. Then, if all is lose, we still have God and all he gives us.

Material prosperity is not always an indication of God's blessing. It can also be a result of self-centeredness. If you're experiencing prosperity, then always remember that the Father holds us accountable for how we attain success and how we use our wealth. Everything we have really belongs to Him. We must use God's gifts with his interest in mind.

LAST POINT: Good leaders put the best interests of the " followers " above their own. Making decisions only for yourself will backfire and cause you to lose more than if you had kept the welfare of others in mind. In a tough situation are you usually concerned first about yourself? Consider the person most affected by the problem, and you will be more likely to find a solution for it.

Until Next Time...

" ARE YOU PRAYED UP? "

Hello All,

This week I wish to talk with you about being prepared. Please try to understand that we are in a fight for our lives and the lives that we are responsible for. Do you have a spouse and children that are under your care, if so then be mindful that we are in a Spiritual Battle that can take us down at any moment. Whether you're a seasoned Christian or a new born babe in the woods you must always be Prayed Up.

Although Christians may be at different levels in earthly society, we are all equal in the sight of God. He does not play favorites; no one is more important than anyone else. Take Job:(2 ) " The Lord said to Satan, Where have you come from? " Then Satan answered the Lord and said, FROM ROAMING ABOUT ON THE EARTH AND WALKING AROUND ON IT " (3) Then the Lord said to Satan, " Have you considered my servant Job? For there is no one like him on earth, a blameless and upright man fearing God and turning away from evil. And he still holds fast his integrity, although you incited me against him to ruin him without cause " (Job 2:2-3).

At Jesus' birth, Satan's power and control were disrupted. In the wilderness Jesus overcame the devil's temptations, and the resurrection he defeated Satan's ultimate weapon, death. Eventually Satan will be constrained forever, and evil will no longer pervade the earth. Jesus has complete power and authority over Satan and all of his forces.

" Or how can anyone enter the strongman's house and carry off his property, unless he first binds the strongman? And then he will plunder his house " (Matt 12:29). Please take heed, put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. You must be Prayed up, pray without ceasing. Make quick and brief prayers your continual response to every situation you meet throughout your day. Order your life around God's desires and teachings so that your very life becomes a prayer. You don't have to isolate yourself from other people and from daily work in order to pray constantly. You can make prayer your life and your life a prayer while living in a world that needs God's powerful influence. "Praying for all the Saints " means praying for all believers in Christ; So pray for Christians you know and for the Church around the world.

Until Next Time...

" TEAMWORK "

Good Morning All,

As always it's wonderful to have the opportunity to chat with you again. This week we are tackling the subject of " Teamwork " a subject that I believe most of us take for granted. Let's just see what and how the dear Lord thinks of teamwork.

What are your thoughts on teamwork, those of you who have participated in organized sports have a inclination of the concept of teamwork. From birth we are introduced to teamwork, we just called it FAMILY. Our family/team cared for us and always had our backs. When we gave our lives to the Lord we joined the Lords team. As Christians we are to assist one another, when times get rough we must band together. The word teamwork: (n) Partnership, Collaboration, Union, Alliance, Cooperation.

In the Body of Christ, one body part is useless without the others. Now, in our individualistic society, it is easy to forget our independence with other Christians. When we are called by God to a task, remember that he is calling others to work along with us. When we work together, caring for the problems of others as if they were our problems, we demonstrate Christ's example of putting others first, and we experience unity. Now, don't be so concerned about making a good impression on meeting your own needs that you strain relationships in God's family.

As members of the Body of Christ we are not alone in life, and we should be able to count on others for support and prayer, especially when they are sick or suffering. As mature Christians you should be alert to pray for the needs of all others. Now have a Christ filled day.

Until Next Time...

" INFLUENCE(S) "

Greetings All,

It's so great that you took the time to stop by this day. This weeks subject is regarding Influence, so let's strap in and forge ahead.

Don't be influenced by the world or by what you see nor by what life has to offer. I believe that we should influence ourselves to do for others, as we should put others before ourselves. If a spice looses it's flavoring, it's of no value to us. If Christians make no effort to affect the world around them, then they are of little value to God. Please listen, if we are too much like the world, then we are worthless. As Born Again Christians we should not blend in with everyone else. Instead, we should affect others positively, just as we spice up our foods for just the right flavoring. We live in a world filled with evil, and I have to ask you are you influencing others or being influenced by them?

As Christians we must be on guard to to the traps of the devil. Those things that got us into trouble once upon a time can still lead us down a path of trouble and sin.

I believe that looking back in the direction of sinful influences is a slippery slope. Do you remember Lot's wife as they were being lead to safety turned back to see the city that she loved engulfed. Clinging to the past is not always wise. Are you looking back longingly at sin while trying to move forward with God? Readers please understand that we can't make head way with God just as long as we are holding onto segments of our old life. Remember the Word of God says that " No one can serve two masters."

LAST POINT:
Negativism can have affects that may last for some time. Negative words can hurt and may have the impact of a violent smack. Because it is human nature to accept opinion as fact, we must be extremely mindful when voicing our negative opinions. Beware; what we say may heavily influence the actions of those who trust us to give sound advice.

Until Next Time...

" SLANDER AND REPROACH "

Greetings All,

Well here we are again, another week has come and gone. I'm always grateful to see you, those of you who have proven yourselves faithful week end and week out. Today's subject is one that we ought to take a serious look into. How easy is it for us to fight back with our mouth and not engage our brains? Some of us are very good at verbal warfare, but I caution you to be mindful of your words.

" let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with allmalice " (Eph. 4:31). Making up and spreading false information is strictly forbidden by God. Gossip, Slander, and False Witnessing can undermine families, and over all strain community and neighborhood participation etc. Destructive gossip can and will always cause problems. Even if you do not initiate a lie, you will become liable if you pass it along. Don't circulate rumors; squelch them.

Have you ever been falsely accused or so badly hurt that you wanted revenge? Slanderous accusations can possibly make us do or say things that are out of the norm. Instead of taking matters into our own hands and striking out, we might just call out to the Lord for justice.

OK, understand this, the proper response to slander is prayer, not revenge, because God says so, " Vengeance is mine, I will repay " : Listen, Instead of striking back, ask God to take your case, bring justice, and restore your reputation.

When we truly follow God, he rewards our effort.

By hating another person you may become a liar or a fool. If you try to conceal your hatred, you end up lying. If you slander the other person and are proven wrong, you are a fool. The only way out is to admit your hateful feelings to God. Ask Him to change your heart, to help you love instead of hate. " A perverse man spreads strife, and a slander separates intimate friends " (Prov. 16:28). Words are powerful, and how you use them reflects on your relationship with God. Perhaps nothing so identifies Christians as their ability to control their speech-speaking the truth, refusing to slander, and keeping promises. Watch out for what you say.

Until Next Time...

" FIX YOUR EYES UPON JESUS "

Hello, it's mighty good to see you again, are things well
in your world today? I thoroughly enjoy spending time
with you and sharing what's on my heart.

So we fix our eyes NOT on what is seen, but
on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary,
but what is unseen is eternal (2 Cor. 4:18).
For years I suffered with almost unbearable pain for hours
during the days and nights. My doctors told me that I would
be in a wheelchair very soon, as my body was breaking down.
Now this was just over thirteen years ago, when things aren't
going the way we want them we say " Why Me ". Our ultimate
hope when we are experiencing terrible illness, persecution, or
pain is the realization that my life is not all there is. As a Born
Again Christian I know that there life after death. Knowing that
I/we will live forever with God in a place without sin and
suffering can help you and me live above the pain that we face in
this life.

Saints, those who believe that Jesus Christ was and is the
Messiah will triumph in the end. All of us who are followers
of the Lord Jesus Christ will be brought safely to him. Not
one of us will be overlooked or forgotten in the end. Again
at the end times as we know it will be know more. No
matter what transpires we will be brought to our eternal lives.
Now, even though many believers have to undergo persecution,
as we are not exempt. God will protect us from spiritual
harm. Again, no matter what happens we will be brought to our
reward in God. Yes I suffered for over thirteen years and He
decided to touch my body, I know longer need the assistance of
any device to propel me along. No Wheelchair, Cane or Walker.
Now, go out and make it a God -Centered day.
Keep your eyes upon Jesus.

Until next time...

" Wisdom " The Balance In Your Life

Well here we are again, you know I was just sharing
with someone this week about how fast this year is
passing. It seems that I just sent my oldest friend Tony
a birthday card in January and now it's September already.
This weeks message is about obtaining Wisdom, just
remember that the Bible says: Fools despise Wisdom
and Instruction.
I appreciate that you've taken the time to stop by so let's
get started.

Wisdom can be achieved in two ways: It is a God-
given gift and also the result of a hard targeted search.
Wisdom's starting point is God and his revealed word,
the source of all " Knowledge and Understanding. "
God gives us wisdom and victory but not for drifting
through life or acting irresponsibly with his gifts and
resources. If we are faithful and keep our purpose in
life clearly in mind, he will keep us from pride and greed.

We gain wisdom through a constant process of growing
first, we must honor God. Second, we must realize that
the Bible reveals God's wisdom to us. Third we must make
a lifelong series of right choices and avoid moral pitfalls.
Fourth when we make sinful and poor choices, we must
learn from our errors and recover. People don't develop all
aspects of wisdom at once. For example, some people have
more insight than discretion; others have more knowledge
than common sense. But we can pray for all aspects of
wisdom and take the steps to develop them in our lives.

Are you known for your sagacity, by looking to God we
can fill our hearts with his wisdom and our hearts with his
love. Now don't be fooled - remember what God says about
you and what you were meant to be. Are you known for
your wisdom, after all wisdom is not limited to one's age.
There is a difference, however between human wisdom and
God's wisdom. Question, are you wise in the world, but not
in the things of the Lord? When one turns up their nose to
the things of God that is mocking Him.
" THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS THE BEGINNING OF
KNOWLEDGE; FOOLS DESPISE WISDOM AND
INSTRUCTION " (PROVERBS 1:7).
Wisdom means considerably more than simply knowing
a lot. It is the primary disposition that affects every aspect
of life. the basis of knowledge is the fear of the Lord; to
honor and respect God; to live in his reverential power, and
and to obey his word. Trust in God, and he will make you
truly wise. " INCLINE YOUR EAR AND HEAR THE WORDS
OF THE WISE " (PROVERBS 22:17).

Can you make wise decisions in all strenuous conditions of
life? Please understand that whenever you need wisdom, all
you have to do is ask for it. Are you hearing me, this is simple
ask God for the wisdom to guide our selections. He is willing
to give us this wisdom, but we will be unable to receive it if
our goals are self-centered instead of God - centered. To
understand God's Will, now that takes time in the Word of
God. Ask Him to show us how to obey it. We must do what
he tells us.

Until Next Time...

" RECONCILED TO GOD "

Well here we are again, another week has come and
gone and I'm very excited to be with you. It is my
intention to give my Lord and my God the Worship and
Praise that He deserves. When I look at what others are
going through around the world, I say a prayer for them
then I thank the Lord for blessing all in my sphere of
influence. Being reconciled to God is essential in life.

In my opinion we must be vigilant about the things
of God. Please understand that ruptured relationships
can truly impede our relationship with the Father.
Also take note, if and when you have a problem or
complaint with a friend, we should resolve the problem
as soon as possible. We are being fraudulent if we
claim to love God while we have unforgivingness and
hate for others. Just so you know, our attitudes
towards others reflect our relationship with the
Father. (23) " Therefore if you are presenting
your offering at the altar, and then remember
that your brother has something against you
(24) Leave your offering there before the altar
and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and
then come and present your offering
(Matt 5: 23-24).

Be reconciled to God, and all in which he stands
for. Are you connected, I mean truly sold out to
Christ? GOD BRINGS US BACK TO HIMSELF
(Reconciles Us ) BY BLOTTING OUT OUR
SINS AND MAKING US RIGHTEOUS.

Because we have been reconciled to God, we have
the privilege of encouraging others to do the same,
and thus we are those who have the " Word Of
Reconciliation". If someone says " I love God,"
and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one
who does not love his brother when he has
seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen.

Reconciliation means reestablishing relationship.
Christ has reconciled us to God and to others. Many
barriers come between people-race, social status, sex,
personality differences-but Christ can break down
these barriers. Jesus Christ can transform our most
hopeless relationships into deep and loving friendships.

We should be receptive to those who want to make
peace with us. When God's influence in our lives
attract people-even enemies-we must take the
opportunity to reach out to them with God's love.
Always be open to Reconciliation.

Until Next Time...

" AMEN "

Some of us are preparing for Hurricane Irene, and
others felt the wrath of an earthquake of 5.8 magnitude.
I'm sure that the Lord has allowed mother-Nature, ha,ha,
ha, to have her way around the globe. Know matter what
we're facing in life we must Trust God...Amen.

Today's subject is the word " AMEN ". My Bible says:
so be it, a Hebrew adverb meaning " Truly " a title for
Christ as the true one. How often do you say Amen
meaning that you agree with what is being said or
done. The very last verse in the bible says: " The grace of
the Lord Jesus be with (all) Amen. (or with God's
people) (In other words grace be with the saints).
Now once again when we say Amen we're saying
that we agree. In my humble opinion a man needs
to be very careful what he agrees with.

" Come, Lord Jesus." In a world of problems, persecutions,
evil, and immorality, the Father calls us to endure in our faith.
God is in control, we don't know the day or the hour, but
Jesus is coming soon and unexpectedly. This is good news to
those of us who trust him, but a terrible message for those
have rejected him and stand under judgment.
Quickly
means at any moment, and we must be ready for him,
always prepared for his return.
Don't let Jesus' sudden
return catch you off guard. Christ invites anyone to come and
drink of the water of life. Amen

" Amen " at the end of prayers to affirm or express approval.
(I agree with) Amen is a word used to re enforce a statement.
AND ALL THE PEOPLE SHALL SAY, 'AMEN.'

The true secret of joy and peace-imitating Christ and
serving others. By focusing our minds on Christ we will
learn unity, humility, joy, and peace. We will also be
motivated to live for him. As a Christian I know that I
can live in an assured manner, having conviction for
him because I/we have " The grace of the Lord Jesus
Christ " with us.

LAST POINT: The path to deeper spiritual life
is not through religious duties, special knowledge,
or secrets; it is only through a clear connection with
our Lord Jesus Christ. We must never let anything
come between us and our Savior...Amen.

Until Next Time...

" RELAXATION "

Thanks so much for stopping by, I'm so very pleased
that you've taken the time to come see about me.
Today's subject is " Relaxation " so kick your shoes off
and navigate yourself to the must comfortable chair
that you own and relax.

" Relaxation " is the act of relaxing or the state of
being relaxed: Lessening of Tension. OK, let's not
take rest and relaxation for granted. While it's true
that money, fame, and belongings can't be taken with
us from this life, God's people can produce fruit that
survives even death. God will remember our Love,
Kindness, and Faithfulness, and those who accept
Christ through our witness. be sure that your values
are in line with God's values, and decide today to
produce fruit that last forever.

This is the time of year when most of us look too
rest by going on vacation. I'm confident that you have
already gone somewhere or you're in the planning stage.
We work all year long and we look for that special time
when we get to let our hair down. Finally spending
quality time with those we love is vital as we all must
have R/R. Even Joshua reminded the people that our
Lord God will give you rest. We must not allow the
things of life to overwhelm us. One may be carrying
life changing burdens such as (1) Sin in our lives,
(2) an overabundance of demands from puritanical
like leaders (Matt 23:4; Acts 15:10). (3) In some
parts of this big world oppression and yes persecution,
or (4) weariness in the search for God. Listen, Jesus
frees people from all these burdens. Now, the rest
that Jesus promises is Love, Healing, and Peace with
God, not the end of all labor. A relationship with God
changes meaningless, wearisome toil into spiritual
productivity and purpose.

" Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for
Him (Psalm 37:7).

Jesus had to get up very early just to get some
time alone. This is what I also do, and I suggest
that you do the same. If Jesus needed solitude
for prayer and refreshment, how much more is
that true for us? Now, don't become so busy that
life turns into a flurry of activity leaving no room
for quiet fellowship alone with God. No matter
how much you have to do, you should always have
time for prayer.

If during your day you are keeping appointments
with business and family members, why not make
and keep your first hours open for Jesus.
" And so after waiting patiently, Abraham
received what was promised " (Heb. 6:15).

Until Next Time...

" STUMBLING BLOCKS IN LIFE "

No problem in life is too intricate for the Father if you are willing to allow Him to assist you. God has already demonstrated His ability to work in all things for good.

Question: " Is anything too difficult for the Lord? "

Now, with that being said; at times, God must discipline us to help us. This is similar to a loving parent's disciplining his child. As we all know receiving discipline is not always easy nor enjoyable to the child, but is essential to teach him/her right from wrong. The Word of God says that " All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful to the child, but it is essential to teach him/her right from wrong. The Bible says that all discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness" (Heb. 12:11). When you feel God's hand of correction, accept it as proof of his love. Realize that God is urging you to follow his paths instead of stubbornly going your own way.

Running away from our problems rarely solves them. It is wise to return to our problems, face them squarely, accept God's promise of help, correct our attitudes, and act as we should. Please understand that sometimes we just simply have to wait. When we ask God for something and have to wait, it is a temptation to take matters into our own hands and interfere with God's plans.

Last Point: Many people believe that Christianity should offer a problem - free life. Consequently, as life gets tough, they draw back disappointed. Instead they should determine to prevail with God through life's storm. Problems and difficulties are painful but inevitable; you might as well see them as opportunities for growth. You can prevail with God unless you have troubles to prevail over.

Until Next Time...

" Worldliness "

My Very Best,

Well here we are again another week has come an gone. How are you making it, are you starting to feel somewhat worthless? Please practice looking up and calling on the name of Jesus in all circumstances. It's vital that we stay connected.

Being worldly is loving the things of the world more than the things of God. Some people think that worldliness is limited to eternal behavior-the people we associate with the places we go, the activities we enjoy. Worldliness is also internal because it begins in the heart and is characterized by three attitudes: (1) The lust of the
flesh - preoccupation with gratifying physical desires (2) The lust of the eyes - craving and accumulating things, bowing to the god of materialism; and (3) The boastful pride of life - obsession with one's status or importance. When the serpent tempted Eve (Genesis 3:6), he tempted her in these areas. Also, when the devil tempted Jesus in the wilderness, these were his three areas of attack. Please take heed if the devil had the nerve to tempt Jesus Christ the Son Of God, he will continue to come after us. By contrast, God values self - control, a spirit of generosity, and a commitment to humble service. It is possible to give the impression of avoiding worldly pleasure while still harboring worldly attitudes in one's heart. It is possible, like Jesus, to Love sinners and spend time with them while maintaining a commitment to the values of God's kingdom. What value are most important to you? Do your actions reflect the world's values or God's values?

Now, we are to avoid worldly chatter. In critical areas of christian teaching, we must carefully work through disagreements. but when we bicker long hours over words and theories that are not central to the christian faith and life, we only provoke anger and hurt feelings. Even if " Empty Chatter " reaches a resolution, it gains little ground they keep believers constantly focusing on false doctrine or unhelpful trivialities. Don't let anything keep you from work and service to God.

Last Point: The Word of God teaches us to say " NO " to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self - controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. It is not enough to renounce sin and evil desires; we must also live actively for God. To fight ungodliness and worldly desires we must say no to temptation, but we must also say yes to active service for Christ.

" BE CALM HAVE NO FEAR "

How are you on this fine day, we have truly had some very warm days that will be remembered for years. It's my prayer, if you don't know the Lord as your personal Savior that you soon will. Lord help me not to forget you in my most stressful times and situations.

In the storms of life we must trust God and have no fear. Fear is an unpleasant and strong emotion caused by expectation or awareness of danger. Like Jesus was laying in the back of the boat sound asleep, so was Jonah sound asleep below deck. They both had a peace within, a calmness, tranquility that the average man does not possess.

Now, the sea of Galilee is an unusual body of water. It is relatively small (13 miles long, 7 miles wide), but it is 150 feet deep, and the shoreline is 680 feet below sea level. Sudden storms often appear over the surrounding mountains with little warning, stirring the water in violent 20-feet waves. " The disciples had not foolishly set out in a storm. They had been caught without warning, and their danger was great " (Matt. 8:24).

Although the disciples had witnessed many miracles, they panicked in this storm. As experienced sailors, they knew its dangers, what they did not know was that Christ could control the forces of nature. There is often a stormy area of our human nature where we feel God can't or won't work. When we truly understand who God is, we will realize that He controls both storms of nature and the storms of the troubled heart. Jesus' power that calmed this storm can also help us deal with the problems we face. Jesus is willing to help if we only ask Him. We should never discount His power even in terrible trials.

He said to them, " why are you afraid, you men of little faith? " Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it became perfectly calm.

Until Next Time...

" REJECTION "

Salutations To You,

How are you fairing out so far this Summer, the past 3-4 days have been cooler below 97'. So that's a Praise God. it's my desire to stay focused and to not take the Lord my God for granted.

He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; The word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day (John 12: 48). Just in case you still are not of the knowledge of Jesus' first visit here on earth, it was not for judgment purposes. His divine purposes was to show us the way to find salvation and ultimately eternal life. Listen folks we should be waiting with great expectations for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. When he comes again, one of his main purposes will be to judge people for how they lived on earth. On the day of judgment those of those who have accepted Jesus and chose to live his way will be raised to eternal life.

" But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret. We will not all die, but we will all be transformed! (52) It will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. (53) For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; Our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies. (54) Then, when our dying bodies have been transformed into bodies that will never die, this scripture will be fulfilled: " Death is swallowed up in victory. (55) O Death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting? " (56) For sin is the sting that results in death, and the Law gives sin its power. (57) But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Just as a loving parent feels rejected when a child rebels, so God feels great rejection when we ignore or neglect him. We should strive to stay close to God rather than see how far we can go before judgment comes. A fool rejects his father's discipline, but he who regards reproof is sensible (Prov. 5:15).

Always turn to the Lord and make your request known to him. Keep in mind that his answer to you just might be, yes, no or just not right now. have you prayed with good intentions, only to have God say no? This is God's way of directing you to a greater purpose in your life. Accepting God's no requires as great a faith as carrying out his yes.

Until Next Time...

" CIRCUMSTANCES "

Greetings,

Welcome all, even those of you who are
visiting for the very first time. I want you to know
that Jesus loves you and so do I. This week the subject
is " Circumstances ", so let's get started and get blessed.

Sometimes our plans - even the ones we think God
has approved - have to be put on hold indefinitely. My
wife and I are still being reminded that we have to wait on
the Lord. In our waiting we have learned from each
circumstance(s) That he's an on time God. We can choose
to learn and grow in our present circumstances, whatever
they may be. It's very important that God is always with
us no matter who we may have to face. God will fight with
us and all we have to do is to invite him. We must look at
our situation from God's point of view.

If you are suffering from unfair rejection, don't blame
others and become discouraged. Please understand God
can use you despite your circumstances, please know that
he is able to use you even if you feel rejected by others.
Please grab onto this nugget that viewing impossible
situations from God's point of view helps us put giant
problems in perspective. Once we see clearly, we can
fight more effectively.

Today both believers and non believers may drive
away those who do not fit the norm(s) dictated by our
society, neighborhoods, or churches. Often great potential
is wanted because of prejudice - a refusal to look beyond
ill-conceived stereotypes. As Christians you know that
everyone can have a place in God's family. Can you do
anything to help these people gain acceptance for their
character and abilities? When it is within our reach to
do for another, we must follow through. I believe that
the end times are upon us, when it is within our reach to
save others, we must do so. In life-threatening situations
don't withdraw, behave selfishly, wallow in despair, wait
for God to fix everything.

Last Point: God does not exempt believers from the
day-to-day circumstances of life. Believers and unbelievers
alike experience pain, trouble, and failure at times.
Unbelievers have a sense of hopelessness about life and are
confused over their true purpose on earth. Those who seek
God, however, can move ahead confidently with what they
know is right and important in God's eye's. They know that
God will keep them from being moved off of his chosen path.

Until next Time...

" PEER PRESSURE "

Good Morning All,

Another week has come and gone and I'm looking
forward to our time together this week. I'm thinking of
you and you are in my prayers, I wish the best for you
and yours. This week we are looking into Peer Pressure,
so sit down and strap in, here we go.

Sometimes we avoid doing what is right because
of what others may think. In the long run it's vital that we
choose to obey God rather than to seek the approval of
others. Imagine standing before a crowd and loudly
voicing an unpopular opinion! We must be willing to
take the unpopular stand to do as God has commanded.
To be effective when you go against the crowd, you must:
(1) Have the facts (2) have the right attitude (3) state
clearly what you believe. Please understand that doing
what is right will not always make you popular. Let's be
clear those who do right will be in the minority, but to
obey God is more important than to obey people.

When the stakes are high it is difficult to stand up
for what is right, and it is easy to see our opponents as
problems to be solved rather than as people to be
respected. When we know what is right but decide not
to do it, the consequences are ours alone. When you
have a difficult decision to make, don't discount the
efforts of peer pressure. Take note beforehand that
the right decision could have unpleasant consequences:
Social Rejection, Career Derailment, Public Ridicule.
Think, and resolve to stand up for what is right no matter
what other people pressure you to do.

When you think back when was the last time that you
knuckled under to peer pressure? Let's face it in this life
we have to make decisions and often during the span of
the day. Many things can tempt us to abandon what we
know is right. The desire to be accepted by others can
lead us into behavior that is unacceptable to the Father.
Don't be pressured into disobedience.

What a difference it makes to those of us who know
Jesus! He cares for us in spite of what the world thinks.
As Christians we don't have to give in to public opinion
and pressure. Don't let circumstances or people's
expectations control you. Be firm as you stand true to
God, and refuse to compromise his standards for living.

Until Next Time...

" QUARREL(ING) "

Good Morning All,

It's our time together again doesn't time fly, the
weeks and months are passing quickly. Are you waiting
and in anticipation of the return of the Lord Jesus
Christ? This weeks message is entitled " Quarrel (ing),
now take note as to what the Word Of God has to share
on the subject.

" Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam;
So drop the matter before a dispute breaks out "
(Prov. 17:14).

Christians often bicker while Satan is at work all
around them. Jealousy, Rivalries, Arguments, and
Strife among the Body Of Christ can be destructive
in these ways (1) They destroy Goodwill, Trust, and
Unity. The foundations of good human relations.
(2) They impede progress towards vital goals.
(3) They make us self- indulgent rather than
love-centered. Jesus appreciated just how destructive
arguments among the Body Of Christ could be.
Remember, in his final prayer before he was betrayed
and arrested, Jesus asked God that his followers be
" ONE " (John 17:21).

Belief in Jesus Christ should unite those who trust
him. Stop arguing with other Christians or complaining
about people and conditions within the church and let
the world see Christ. It's notably difficult to be silent
when others tear us down because we want to protect
or reputations. We find it difficult to do nothing while
they assault something so precious to us. Take note,
we don't have to lash back in revenge nor do we need
to justify our position; we must remember that Jesus
Never Fails, and that we can trust God to protect our
reputation. Jesus kept his cool before those who
were his accusers; Jesus knew what his fate was
to be, so he left case in God's hands. Now
wouldn't you say that is a good place to leave our
case too!

Last Point:
Have you ever tried to argue with another
while speaking under your breath? I believe that it is equally
hard to agree with someone who is persistent in answering
gently. Now, on the other hand, a rising voice and harsh
words almost always trigger an angry response. To turn
away wrath an to choose peace, embrace gentle words.

I believe that Satan is thrilled when we in the Body Of Christ
quarrel. I picture him sitting down and clasping his hands behind
his head, and saying I got another one.

Until Next Time...

" HOW'S YOUR ATTITUDE '

Good Morning To You,

How are you feeling today, please don't allow the
circumstances of life to dictate just how loving you
are to another. " Attitude ", do you have a good attitude
or one not so good? " Attitude " is defined in this way:
A mental position or feeling with regard to a fact or state.

One might just say my way of thinking, or someone
may ask for your stance on a subject. Independence and
self-reliance are positive traits, but only within the
framework of God's standards. Have you ever had bad
feelings towards someone who has helped or rescued
you? We sometimes strike out at blameless people
who get in our way because we are embarrassed or our
pride is hurt. Lashing out at others can be a sign that
something is wrong with us. Don't allow your own hurt
pride to lead you to hurt others.

Don't disobey God by following your own desires
instead of doing what God wants. There was a time when
attitudes were: " EVERY MAN DID JUST WHAT WAS
RIGHT IN HIS OWN EYES ".
Now, remarkably this is
similar to today's prevailing attitudes. We all must live by
Godly standards. The Father has not left our conduct and
opinions to you and me, He points us in the right direction.
We can avoid conforming to society's low standards by
taking God's commands seriously and applying them to our
lives.

Has someone in your family or someone that thinks
highly of you attempted to assist you but only ended up
embarrassing you? When facing a tough decision, don't
let the negatives cause you to loose sight of the positives.
Weigh both sides carefully. Don't let potential difficulties
blind you to God's power to help and his promise to guide
us through all situations.

Last Point: If you are often dissatisfied, skeptical,
complaining, or bitter, beware! These attitudes lead to
rebellion and separation from God. Any choice to side
against God is a step in the direction of letting go of him
completely and making your own way through life.

Until Next Time...

" JUSTICE "

Happy Days to you and yours, I sincerely wish you
the very best that the Lord Jesus Christ has to offer.
This weeks message is all about Justice, so settle in
and let's see what the Lord has for us.

Justice is Fairness, Righteousness and the act of
rendering and enforcing a fair verdict whether of
condemnation or reward. It is one of the attributes
of God, who gives abundant mercy but never does so
at the expense of Justice.

Our God is merciful to sinners, and all of us should
be mighty thankful for His kindness. God does not take
pleasure in punishing us, as he is a just God. Know
that he is both just and merciful. I for one am grateful
that God's mercy extends to us. Are you guilty of wanting
God to show mercy to you and justice to everyone else.
Think about it, if God metered out justice to us, exactly
what we deserved, we would not be able to stand before
him. Often we cry out for justice when we feel abused
and unfairly treated.

God " Tries the hearts and minds. " Nothing is hidden
from God - this can be either terrifying or comforting.
Our thoughts are an open book to him. God in his wisdom
as well as his kindness forgives us instead of giving us what
we deserve. How blessed we are that God gives us grace and
mercy rather than only justice. Think what would happen if
God gave you what you really deserve. Maybe it's time to
plead for his mercy.

God is just as thorough in his mercy as he is severe in
his judgment. God's complete and principled fulfillment is
revealed by his hatred of all sin, and this leads to judgment.
God will establish his justice and destroy all evil. Justice is
so very important in the Word of God because (1) Justice is
part of God's nature; it is the way he runs the universe.
(2) It is a natural desire in every person. Even as sinners, we
all want justice for ourselves. (3) When government and
church leaders are unjust, the poor and powerless suffer.
Thus they are hindered from worshipping God. (4) God
holds the poor in high regard. They are the ones most
likely to turn to him for help and comfort, injustice, then
attacks God's children. When we do nothing to help the
oppressed we are in fact joining with the oppressor.
Because we follow a just God, we must uphold justice.

" MY DESIRE "

Top Of The Morning To You,

Well here we are again another week has come
and gone, and Lord Willing all is well with you and
those you care much about. This week we will be
discussing " Desire " so strap in and let's see what
we can uncover in the next few moments.

" Delight yourself in the Lord; And He will
give you the desires of your heart " (Psalm 37:4).

What's your heart's desire? Is it for Financial or
Material gain, or something else? My greatest treasure
in life besides my family is knowing the Lord Jesus
Christ as my Personal Savior. I believe that we are
late in the fourth quarter before the Lord Jesus Christ
returns. Now, wives the Word Of God tells you " Yet
your desire will be for your husband " (Gen.3:16).

What does this scripture mean to you, our desires can
travel many directions, so we must stay grounded in the
Word of God. I'm of the mind that we must always do
our homework before acting on our desires. In today's
world we truly must be mindful of the decisions we make.

To desire is to long or hope for;
A sincere desire to please God will result in an alignment
of your desires with the Father's. When we become
Christians we should become passionate about the things
that God loves and we should detest what God detests.
Listen, if you love the Lord, you will hate evil. Learn to
love God's ways and despise evil in all of it's ugly forms,
not only the apparent sins but also the socially acceptable
ones.

Left unchecked, wrong desires will result in wrong actions
and will eventually turn people away from God.

Until Next Time...

" GOD'S JUDGMENT "

It's truly good to see you again, how was your time off
yesterday? Were you able to reflect on the true meaning
of the Memorial Day observance here in the United States?
This weeks message is one of great consequences to many
so for your own good please open up your heart and your
mind.

The major purpose for the return of Jesus, known as the
Second Coming is to judge people for how we've lived on
earth. On judgment day those of us who accepted Jesus and
lived his way will be raised to eternal life and those who rejected
Jesus and lived any way they pleased will face eternal punishment.

God's judgment is a indisputable fact and it will be directed towards
the wicked. God will unleash his fury towards those who do not know
Him. I suspect that the unsaved around the world will be grieve
stricken ed when they realize that they have chosen the wrong side.
Can you imagine the horror accompanied by much regret, in knowing
that it will be too late to switch sides. Now, we don't know exactly
when it will happen, but we know that no one will be able to flee their
final encounter with Jesus Christ.

God allows unbelievers to remain for a while. God's judgment of all
people is coming. We are to make ourselves ready by making sure
that our faith is sincere. Just as the Roman Army and our Military
today. We use our weapons for authority and judgment. Our
punitive measure is swift and we like to think just. Jesus' sharp,
two-edged sword represents God's ultimate authority and judgment.

God's message regarding judgment: (1) Evil will certainly be punished;
(2) Those faithful to God have hope for a new future; (3) God is
sovereign in human history; (4) God's ultimate purpose is to
establish his eternal kingdom. With what's going on in the
world today we should be very careful how we treat others.
Any nation that mistreats people who obey God will be chastened.
We should always be vigilant and stand up for God's people.

God promises a final judgment, a day of world-wide destruction
( Revelation 20:12-15). To be spared from judgment, recognize
that you have sinned, that you and I unfortunately are sinners.
We must also reconcile that our sin will bring judgment, that we
cannot save ourselves, and that only the Father Himself can
save us. Please reconcile that we are not guaranteed five
minutes from now, so now is the time to settle where you will
spend eternity. Do you have a personal relationship with
Jesus Christ?

Until Next Time...

" DISHONESTY "

I'm so glad that you're able to join me this week
and please forgive me as last week we experienced
technical difficulties. Now, this weeks message is
all about " DISHONESTY ".

Some time ago we touched on what happens to
us when we tell a lie. Today we're going to dive
into dishonesty. " DISHONESTY " : Is the lack
of honesty or integrity. I believe that we should
walk in honor.

Are you dishonest, or untrustworthy, it's vital
that you're not looked upon as a deceptive person.
This implies an intent to mislead and commonly
suggests a false appearance, and or double-dealing.
Listen, how we react to a moral dilemma can often
expose our true motives. Are you more concerned
about getting caught than doing what is right ? If
you are worried about getting caught, you are
probably in a position that is less than honest. Let
your fear of getting caught be a warning to do right.

Dishonesty is a burdensome sin one might want
to avoid. It always seems easy to cheat if we think
no one else is looking. But dishonesty affects the
very core of a person, it makes one untrustworthy
and I have a major problem with anyone that I
can't trust. Even the smallest portion of dishonesty
contains enough of the poison of deceit to kill your
Spiritual Life. If there is any dishonesty in your life,
tell God about it now. Dishonest people soon begin
to believe the lies they construct around themselves.
Then they lose the ability to tell the difference
between truth and lies. By believing your own lies
you deceive yourself, you will alienate yourself from
God, and you will lose credibility in all your relationships.
Let's be clear in the long run, honesty wins out.

Final Points: God looks down upon all forms of
dishonesty. Not only does God hate dishonesty, but
we are told that it works against us - others no longer
trust us, and we cannot even enjoy our dishonest gains.
It is wiser to be honest because " The Righteous will
escape from trouble " (Prov. 12:13).

Sinful talk is twisting the facts to support your claims.
Those who do this are likely to be trapped by their own
lies. But for someone who always tells the truth, the
facts - plain and unvarnished - give an unshakable
defense. if you find that you always have to defend
yourself to others, maybe your honesty is less than it
should be.

Until Next Time...

" SHE SHALL BE CALLED WOMAN "

My Very Best To You,

This weeks message is one of Respect and
the understanding our wives/women. Men
we are to live with our wives in an understanding
manner. Show her honor as a fellow heir of the
grace of life.

She shall be called WOMAN. The Father forms
and equips men and women for various tasks, but
all of these task lead to the same goal - Honoring
God. Man gives life to woman; Woman gives life
to the world. Each role carries exclusive privileges;
their is no room for thinking that one sex is superior
to the other. Guys are you hearing me....

" You husbands in the same way, live with
your wives in an understanding way, as with
someone weaker, since she is a woman; and
show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace
of life, so that your prayers will not be
hindered " (1 Peter 3:7).
Let me address this right
from the beginning, men when I say this I'm speaking
to myself also. Men we need to get this right, we must
start treating the woman as well as the adolescent
females in our lives as Christ does. How often do you
hear a man say that he's just not respected at home?
Listen men especially those of you who are believers
in the faith. A changed life in Jesus Christ speaks
loudly and clearly, and it is often the most effective
way to influence a family member. After all, this
formula has been working since the beginning of time.
The " Ideal " woman is my wife, we are going on 43 years
of marriage in the Fall. Have you recently looked at your
wife, I mean really looked? Well I truly have a winner,
she is a woman of strong character, overflowing generosity,
and much wisdom. We raised three children and we have
nine grandchildren. I'm not afraid to say that I have a
Proverbs 31 wife. I'm very sure that if we all look, we can
see a woman of strength.

Men we are to honor women and we are to avoid
improper attitudes toward them by treating them as
family members. I know theirs something in us that
makes us want to turn our heads to look at a woman
walking by. We are taught that it is wrong for a
person to have sex with someone other than
his or her spouse (Exodus 20:14). But Jesus
said that the DESIRE to have sex with someone
other than your spouse is mental adultery and
therefore is sin.
If men see women as fellow
members in God's family, they will protect them and
help them grow spiritually.

God made man and woman, and some women held
very important positions in the Body Of Christ. Now,
Paul speaks of a woman named Phoebe, who was a
Deaconess in her Local Body ( her Church). Paul brings
to our attention that she was a True Servant in every
sense of the word, WOW, what a tribute. She was justly
respected in the Body Of Christ. This provides evidence
that women had important roles in the early church.
So men let's get it right and teach our son's to respect
woman.

Until Next Time...

" HE'S MY SHIELD "

Good Afternoon all, this weeks message is all
about trusting our God. Do you have the confidence
to know that you know that our Lord will always be
there for you. Unfortunately we live in a world in a
society that's known to be violent.

In every situation take the shield of faith
(Eph. 6:16).
As Christians we must always be
mindful that we are in a fight for our lives. We are in
a war against persistent forces of evil in the world.
Whether we are resisting temptation or battling fear,
etc. God has promised to fight with and for us as we
obey him. A SHIELD: Protective devise used in battle.
It can also be defined as a broad piece of defensive
armor carried on the arm of a warrior.

Have you heard from God recently? Well, God
the Father came to Abram in a vision and said to him,
" Do Not Fear". I wonder, is there anything that you
are in fear of ? I believe that there are many things in
this world that can cause one to be fearful. Listen up,
when you fear what lies ahead, remember that God
will stay with you through difficult times and that he
has promised you great blessings. As mentioned before
He has promised to never leave us nor to forsake us.
As children of God we should not fear anything as He
already promised that no weapon formed against us
will prosper.

God is a shelter, a refuge when we are afraid. He
is our protector and he will carry us through all the
dangers and fears of life. We must trade all our fears
for faith in him, no matter how intense our fears. To
do this we must " dwell " and " abide " with Him
(Ps. 91:1). If we do this we will be kept safe from
the worries of the world. Every prayer I make is a
prayer of faith. " As for God, His way is blameless:
the world of the Lord is tested; He is a shield to
all who take refuge in Him " (2 Sm. 22:31).

He guards us just as a mother bird protects her
young by covering them with her wings. I would
imagine that he guards us in the same manner that
we protect ourselves or our children. God's protection
has a far greater purpose than helping us avoid pain;
it is to make us better servants for him. Listen, if His
eye is on the sparrow He's always watching you.

Until Next Time...

" WHAT IF GOD DIDN'T KEEP HIS WORD "

Well here we are another week has come and gone.
Are you a person of your word and does it bother you
when another does not always tell the truth? I have a
problem when I can't trust one's word to be true.
Especially those in my sphere of influence. I know that
Jesus Christ walked this earth with Truth and Honor,
and every word He spoke was true.

"Now if it is not so, who can prove me a liar,
And make my speech worthless" (JOB 24:25)?

Please take notice; Salvation cannot be earned, but
God gives it freely. I'm of the belief that a great
number of us have heard of Jesus Christ and some
just refuse to believe. We don't know the day or the
hour, but Jesus is coming soon and unexpectedly.
As a believer this is good news to those of us who
trust in God, but a terrible message for those who
have rejected him and stand under judgment.
" Yes, I am coming quickly ".
Something to
ponder, would Jesus' sudden appearance catch you
off guard? Quickly means at any moment, and we
must be ready for him, always prepared for his
return.

When we become Christians, we receive the
Holy Spirit. God's presence in our lives is certainly
proof that we really belong to him. If we didn't
believe, if we didn't have faith that everything
Jesus Christ said was true then where would we be.
Satan deceives people by offering a clear imitation of
the real thing. Pride and Conceit were the Devil's
downfall, and he uses pride to trap others. " What
is desirable in a man is his kindness, and it is
better to be a poor man than a liar
(Proverbs 19:22).
God uses a number of approaches
to send His messages to people in the Old Testament
Times. Our God spoke to Jacob in a dream (Gen. 28:10-22);
He spoke to Isaiah in visions, and he spoke to Abraham and
Moses personally (Genesis 18; Exodus 31:18). The Father
had revealed himself by speaking through his son,
Jesus Christ. When we know him, we have all we need to be
Saved from our sin and to have a perfect relationship with
God.

I for one believe every single word in the Bible is true.
Listen, when you feel down, you may find it difficult to give
thanks. Take heart - in all things God works for our good
if we purpose (Romans 8:28). Thank God, not for your
problems, but for the strength he is building in you through
the difficult experiences of your life. You can be sure that
God's perfect love will see us through. What If God Didn't
Keep His Word, Then Where Would We Be.

Until Next Time...

" MY SPEECH IS MOTIVATED BY "

Two of my nine grandchildren are spending some
time with my wife and I over their Spring Vacation.
It's always my pleasure being with the boys and it
always amazes me just how much of me is in them.
Some of the things that I say and do, my grands
repeat. Always remember " What we do in
moderation our Children will do in excess ".

So please be mindful what you say and do, now it's
important what you put into their hearts and mind.

Share your Spiritual experiences, as your children
and your children's children are your legacy. I'm
blessed to see my grandchildren grow; my oldest is
19 years old and is successfully navigating his way
through college life. It was important for me to tell
my children how the Lord has been paramount in my
life. You see your stories will form the foundations of
your Children's belief in God. I challenge everyone in
my sphere of influence about daily reading of the Word
of God.

God speaks to us through his recorded word in the
Bible and we should be in awe by every word. Now, I'm
sure that the Lord still speaks directly to some, the Bible
records conversations to give us insights into his character.
" My Bible tells us that our God is the same yesterday
today and forever".
Listen, we have the wonderful
privilege of talking to God, but God answers us
differently - through His written Word and the guidance of
his Holy Spirit. We can receive this guidance by seeking
after God. As people of God we must be mindful that making
up or even spreading false rumors are strictly forbidden by the
Father. The Word of God says Gossip, Slander, and bearing
false witness does much harm. Gossip is destructive and
causes problems. Even if it's not you to initiate the lie, you
become responsible if you pass it along: Don't circulate
Rumors; As Christians we should squelch them.

Our words can reveal stuff about us, now let's be honest.
Unfortunately our speech can sometimes be disingenuous.
At times our words are right and pleasing to the Lord, but at
other times they can be hurtful and destructive.
When our speech is motivated by Satan it is full of:
Earthly Concerns and Desires; Nonspiritual Thoughts and
Ideas; Selfish Ambition; Bitter Jealousy; and Evil. Now
God and His Wisdom: Righteousness; Consideration
for Others; Submission; Mercy; Peace; and Love For
Others.

OK, It's time to be real and a time to listen up. Some of
us love to talk, and one might even say that we love to hear
our own voices. When we speak too much and listen too
little, we impart to others that we consider our ideas to be
much more important. Be mindful of how much you talk
and how much you listen. Don't be overwhelming in your
speech. It's better to listen more than those around you.

Until Next Time...

" SWIFT ADJUDICATION "

Good Day To You,

A very good friend of mine lost his Dad a few
days ago. I suppose every time a family member or
friend loses his life it forces me to one to think of
my mortality. As a man who knows the Lord Jesus
Christ as my personal I'm secure in where I'll spend
eternity. Listen it's paramount that you ask our Lord
into your heart as your personal Savior.

" For the Lord will carry out his sentence
on earth with speed and finality " (Romans 9:28).
Not everyone will be allowed into the New Jerusalem,
but " Only those whose names are written in the
lambs book of life ".
Now, don't think you will get in
because of your background, personality; or your good
behavior. Eternal life is available to you only because of
what Jesus, the lamb, has done. Trusting him right now
will secure your citizenship in heaven.

" So then, each of us will give account of
himself to God " (Rom. 15:12).
When we are with
the Father, with our sins forgiven and our future secure,
we will be like Christ. We will be made perfect like Him.
Those who can endure the testing of evil and
remain faithful will be rewarded by God.

Our God is an on time God, at times we may believe
that he is slow. But God is not slow; he just is not on
our timetable. Take note: Jesus is waiting so that more
sinners will repent and turn to him. We must not sit and
wait for Christ to return, but we should live with the
realization that time is short and that we have important
work to do. Be ready to meet Christ anytime, even
today; yet plan your course of service as though he
may not return for many years.
The Lake Of Fire which
burns with brimstone is the final destination of the wicked.
This lake is different from the abyss (Bottomless Pit). Now,
the Antichrist and the false prophet are thrown into the Lake
Of Fire. Then their leader Satan himself will be thrown into that lake and finally death and Hades. Afterward, everyone
whose name is not recorded in the book of life will be thrown
into the Lake Of Fire.

The Lake Of Fire is the ultimate destination of everything
wicked. There is no gray areas in God's judgment. If by
faith we have not identified what Christ, confessing him as Lord,
there will be no hope, no second chance, no other appeal.

Regardless of how great Satan's power is Jesus is stronger still.
He will bind Satan and dispose of him for eternity. Judgment is
coming, all stumbling blocks will be removed with those who
commit lawlessness.

In my life, I just can't tell you how many times I've heard
someone say that they don't care what happens to them after
they die, they just don't realize what they are saying. They will
be punished for living in selfishness and indifference to God.

HE WILL EXPOSE YOUR SINS!

Until Next Time...

Jim
